Casimir Kocot has been in business for 11 years, under the ownership of Terri Kocot.
Terri has been a stylist for more than 20 years and received a Bachelors degree of Science in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Due to her experience level she has worked in many different aspects of this industry from stylist, advertising, sales, marketing, and education, to name a few.

In her spare time, Terri works for Alfa Parf as a color educator training other stylists on the Alfa Parf products, color techniques, straightening, and perming techniques. Terri worked in Boston for 2 years in a well known Boston Salon while splitting her time in Amherst as well.

- Born in Connecticut, Lance’s background in business has given him a great foundation to take a
very concrete and methodical approach to hair styling.
- He excels at designing a complete look for a guest from coloring to great designer or classic cuts.
- Graduated from school in 2003
- He thrives on the feelings of renewal, beauty and satisfaction that a hair service brings to a guest.

- Lance is always setting professional goals; he has a degree in business, is a master stylist, and
has worked with a multitude of product lines.
- He’s worked for such companies as Sexy Hair Concepts, Goldwell color, and is certified in Keratin
Complex.
- Inspired by his family, surroundings and friends; He’s constantly looking for ways to become a better
stylist.
- He is a musician, food lover and enjoys traveling in his free time.
- He has been credited with organizing two very successful event fundraisers to benefit The Shriner’s
Hospital, and the Pace House for Girls.
Stylist Tip: If you have frizzy, curly, damaged or unmanageable hair a smoothing Keratin treatment is the way to go. Hair will be silkier, frizz free, shiny and more manageable.
